       First Shift/Monday-Thursday


The Production Worker is responsible for the processing of the products made on a day-to-day basis.  This may range from scaling, laminating, sheeting or folding dough; rolling croissants or performing other handwork with different doughs; to proofing, baking, or packaging product.  Once trained, all production employees are expected to uphold the high-quality standards set by the company and immediately report any questionable product to the Lead/Productions Supervisor or QC.  All employees are responsible for understanding and following the information in the Employee’s Manual.  All employees should ask their Lead, Production Supervisor, or QC for information if they do not understand how to do something.

Specific Duties May Include:

*set up work areas and basic cleaning of equipment and area.

*roll croissants after they emerge from cutter blades.

*handwork on various dough products as directed by lead.

*proof product as directed.

*Bake product as directed.

*Cut / weigh dough / spread fat onto dough

*run dough through sheeters, shape and fold to specs

*move product on racks to areas as directed (refer, proofer, etc)

*package, box, label product as directed.

*able to lift 40 pounds.

*other duties as assigned by Lead or Production Supervisor.
